Ingredients

- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water to cool it down.
- Combine the cooked pasta, diced cucumber, halved cherry tomatoes, sliced red onion, and chopped parsley in a large bowl.
- Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a separate small bowl until well combined.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta and toss everything together gently to coat.
