Refreshing homemade popsicles made with ripe kiwi and juicy watermelon, perfect for a hot summer day.
Ingredients
- 2 ripe kiwis
- 2 cups seedless watermelon, cubed
- 1-2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (optional)
- Lime juice (optional, to taste)
Instructions
- Prep the Kiwis: Peel and slice the ripe kiwis into manageable pieces.
- Blend the Fruits: In a blender, combine the kiwi slices and cubed watermelon.
- Add Flavor: Blend until smooth. If you prefer a sweeter popsicle, mix in honey or agave syrup along with a splash of lime juice for a citrusy kick, then blend again.
- Pour into Molds: Carefully pour the mixture into your popsicle molds, inserting sticks as needed.
- Freeze: Place the molds in the freezer and chill for at least 240 minutes, or until solid.
- Serve: To remove the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds. Enjoy your refreshing treat!
