Description

Refreshing homemade popsicles made with ripe kiwi and juicy watermelon, perfect for a hot summer day.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe kiwis
  • 2 cups seedless watermelon, cubed
  • 1-2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (optional)
  • Lime juice (optional, to taste)

Instructions

  1. Prep the Kiwis: Peel and slice the ripe kiwis into manageable pieces.
  2. Blend the Fruits: In a blender, combine the kiwi slices and cubed watermelon.
  3. Add Flavor: Blend until smooth. If you prefer a sweeter popsicle, mix in honey or agave syrup along with a splash of lime juice for a citrusy kick, then blend again.
  4. Pour into Molds: Carefully pour the mixture into your popsicle molds, inserting sticks as needed.
  5. Freeze: Place the molds in the freezer and chill for at least 240 minutes, or until solid.
  6. Serve: To remove the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds. Enjoy your refreshing treat!

These popsicles are naturally vegan and gluten-free. Experiment with different fruits for unique flavors.
