Ingredients
- 2 lbs Chicken thighs
- Salt
- Black pepper
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 Peaches (fresh or canned)
- 1 Jalapeño pepper
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 inch Ginger
Instructions
- Season the chicken by evenly sprinkling salt and black pepper on the thighs.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, then add the seasoned chicken and cook until browned on both sides, about 6-7 minutes each.
- Combine chopped peaches, minced jalapeño, honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger in another pan; cook over medium heat until thickened, approximately 5-10 minutes.
- Coat the cooked chicken thighs generously with the peach glaze.
- Serve the chicken warm, garnished with additional peach slices and jalapeño if desired.
Notes
