Ingredients
- 12 oz rotini or bowtie pasta
- 6 oz diced salami
- 8 oz cubed mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup sliced black or green olives
- 1/2 cup homemade Italian salad dressing
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions; once cooked, drain and set aside to cool completely.
- Combine the cooled pasta with diced salami, cubed mozzarella, halved cherry tomatoes, and sliced olives in a large bowl.
- Drizzle the homemade Italian salad dressing over the mixture and toss gently to combine all ingredients thoroughly.
- Cover the bowl with a lid or plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld beautifully.
