Ingredients
- 1 box (18.3 oz) brownie mix
- 1 large egg
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil (or melted coconut oil)
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
- A pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, egg, and oil. Stir until a cohesive dough forms.
- If using, fold in the chocolate chips and nuts.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the dough onto a prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are set and centers look slightly underbaked.
- Cool on a wire rack for a few minutes before transferring to a serving plate.
