Description

A chilled, slightly sweet coffee drink featuring creamy milk, bold brewed coffee, and glossy caramel drizzle for a café-style treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup (240 ml) brewed coffee, chilled (or 2 shots espresso / 3/4 cup cold brew concentrate)
  • 1 cup (240 ml) milk of choice
  • 2 tablespoons caramel syrup
  • Ice cubes
  • Whipped cream (optional)
  • Extra caramel sauce for drizzle (optional)


Instructions

  1. Brew a full-strength cup of coffee and let it cool to room temperature, then chill in the fridge (or use cold brew or chilled espresso shots).
  2. Combine the chilled coffee (or espresso), milk, and caramel syrup in a tall glass or cocktail shaker.
  3. Mix vigorously with a spoon or shake briefly until uniform.
  4. Add ice cubes to your serving glass and pour the coffee-milk mixture over the ice.
  5. Garnish with whipped cream and a drizzle of caramel sauce if desired.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

For less dilution, opt for double-strength coffee or use cold brew. Substitute non-dairy milks as preferred.
