Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken thighs (bone-in)
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried ginger
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil


Instructions

  1. Mix the dry grill seasoning (paprika, ginger, oregano, thyme, salt).
  2. Whisk the marinade (honey, fresh lemon juice, garlic, olive oil) until smooth.
  3. Season the chicken well, then marinate for at least 3 hours (overnight is even better).
