- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried ginger
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Mix the dry grill seasoning (paprika, ginger, oregano, thyme, salt).
- Whisk the marinade (honey, fresh lemon juice, garlic, olive oil) until smooth.
- Season the chicken well, then marinate for at least 3 hours (overnight is even better).
