Ingredients

Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
- Marinate the salmon fillets in the mixture for at least 15 minutes.
- Cook the brown rice according to package instructions.

- Slice the avocado and cucumber while the salmon cooks.
