Instructions
- Prep the Carrots: Peel and cut larger carrots into evenly-sized pieces.
- Boil: In a large saucepan, add the carrots and cover with water. Bring to a boil.
- Simmer: Reduce heat and simmer for about 5-7 minutes until tender but still firm.
- Drain: Drain the carrots and return them to the pan.
- Add Glaze: Over gentle heat, add honey and butter to the carrots. Sprinkle with cinnamon, salt, and pepper.
- Toss: Stir until the carrots are evenly coated and heated through, about 3-5 minutes.
