Description

Deliciously marinated chicken kabobs infused with honey, garlic, and soy, perfect for summer barbecues.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into cubes
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • Vegetables for skewering (bell peppers, onions, zucchini)
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)

Instructions

  1. Combine honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, and black pepper in a bowl to create the marinade.
  2. Add the chicken cubes to the marinade, mixing well and allowing to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat your grill or set the oven for baking or broiling.
  4. Thread the marinated chicken and vegetables onto skewers, alternating as desired.
  5. Grill the kabobs for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until the chicken is fully cooked. If baking, place skewers on a baking sheet and bake at 400°F for 15-20 minutes.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy the succulent flavors!

Notes

For extra flavor, let the chicken marinate overnight. Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning.
