Description
Sticky-sweet, garlicky meatballs made effortlessly in a slow cooker, perfect for parties or family dinners.
Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp brown sugar (light or dark)
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce (low-sodium works great)
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 28 oz fully cooked frozen meatballs
- Optional toppings: sesame seeds, chopped parsley, or cilantro
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together brown sugar, honey, ketchup, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
- Add frozen meatballs and toss until coated.
- Transfer everything to the slow cooker.
- Cook on LOW for 3–4 hours, stirring occasionally.
- Taste the sauce at the end and adjust as needed.
- Serve as an appetizer or over rice, or use in sliders.
Notes
For a spicier version, stir in 1–2 Tbsp sriracha. If using raw meatballs, adjust the cooking time until the center reaches 165°F (74°C).
