Description

Sticky-sweet, garlicky meatballs made effortlessly in a slow cooker, perfect for parties or family dinners.

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp brown sugar (light or dark)
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce (low-sodium works great)
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 28 oz fully cooked frozen meatballs
  • Optional toppings: sesame seeds, chopped parsley, or cilantro

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together brown sugar, honey, ketchup, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
  2. Add frozen meatballs and toss until coated.
  3. Transfer everything to the slow cooker.
  4. Cook on LOW for 3–4 hours, stirring occasionally.
  5. Taste the sauce at the end and adjust as needed.
  6. Serve as an appetizer or over rice, or use in sliders.

Notes

For a spicier version, stir in 1–2 Tbsp sriracha. If using raw meatballs, adjust the cooking time until the center reaches 165°F (74°C).
