Description

A delicious salmon fillet enhanced by a honey garlic glaze, combining sweet and savory flavors for a perfect weeknight meal.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic in a small bowl until well combined.
  2. Season the salmon fillets lightly with salt and pepper on both sides.
  3. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  4. Place the salmon fillets in the skillet, cooking each side for about 4-5 minutes until golden brown and cooked to your liking.
  5. Pour the honey garlic mixture over the salmon in the skillet. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken and glaze the fish.
  6. Remove from heat, sprinkle with chopped green onions, and serve immediately.

Notes

For a spicier glaze, add crushed red pepper flakes or sriracha. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
