Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Whisk together the honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic in a small bowl until well combined.
- Season the salmon fillets lightly with salt and pepper on both sides.
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Place the salmon fillets in the skillet, cooking each side for about 4-5 minutes until golden brown and cooked to your liking.
- Pour the honey garlic mixture over the salmon in the skillet. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken and glaze the fish.
- Remove from heat, sprinkle with chopped green onions, and serve immediately.
Notes
For a spicier glaze, add crushed red pepper flakes or sriracha. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
