Ingredients
- 2 pounds baby carrots
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 4 garlic cloves, minced (or 2 teaspoons garlic powder)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Cracked black pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and lightly grease a large baking sheet.
- Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Pour in the honey; stir until melted and well-combined with butter.
- Add garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Stir continuously.
- Toss the carrots in the sauce, allowing it to thicken for about a minute.
