Description
Refreshing homemade strawberry popsicles perfect for hot summer days, made with simple ingredients and bursting with flavor.
Ingredients
- 2 cups Fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1/4 cup Sugar (adjust to taste)
Instructions
- Begin by washing and slicing the strawberries, placing them in a blender.
- Add the water and sugar to the blender.
- Blend until the mixture is smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
- Carefully pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
- Insert sticks into each mold and transfer to the freezer.
- Allow the popsicles to freeze for a minimum of 240 minutes or until solid.
- To remove the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds, then gently pull them out.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to two months. Use fresh ripe strawberries for the best flavor.
