Description

Refreshing homemade strawberry popsicles perfect for hot summer days, made with simple ingredients and bursting with flavor.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups Fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1/4 cup Sugar (adjust to taste)


Instructions

  1. Begin by washing and slicing the strawberries, placing them in a blender.
  2. Add the water and sugar to the blender.
  3. Blend until the mixture is smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  4. Carefully pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
  5. Insert sticks into each mold and transfer to the freezer.
  6. Allow the popsicles to freeze for a minimum of 240 minutes or until solid.
  7. To remove the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds, then gently pull them out.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to two months. Use fresh ripe strawberries for the best flavor.
