Description

Refreshingly delicious homemade strawberry popsicles that are easy to make and perfect for hot summer days.

Ingredients

  • Fresh strawberries (about 2 cups, hulled)
  • 1/4 cup sugar (adjust according to sweetness preference)
  • 1/2 cup water (more if needed)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (for a zesty twist)

Instructions

  1. Wash and hull the strawberries, ensuring they are clean and free of any stems.
  2. Blend the strawberries until smooth in a blender or food processor.
  3. Combine the blended strawberries in a bowl with sugar, water, and lemon juice to taste. Adjust sweetness as desired.
  4. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, filling them about 3/4 full.
  5. Insert wooden sticks into the molds and freeze for at least 240-360 minutes, or until solid.
  6. To remove, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds, then gently pull out the popsicles.

Notes

For a creamier popsicle, consider adding a splash of coconut milk or yogurt to the blend. Best enjoyed within 1-2 months for optimal flavor.
