- 1 cup pureed strawberries

- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped strawberries for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease three 9-inch round cake pans.
- Cream the softened butter and granulated sugar together until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, ensuring thorough mixing after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
- Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt in another bowl. Gradually add this mixture to the creamed mixture, alternating with milk.
- Fold in pureed strawberries until fully combined.
- Evenly distribute the batter into the prepared pans.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow cakes to cool in pans for about 10 minutes, then transfer them to wire racks to cool completely.
- Whip heavy cream and powdered sugar together until stiff peaks form for the frosting.
- Layer the whipped frosting between and around the cake, adding chopped strawberries on top.
