Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups yogurt (Greek or regular)
  • 2 cups fresh berries (any combination like strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries)
  • 1/4 cup honey or sugar (optional for extra sweetness)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional for added flavor)


Instructions

  1. Combine yogurt, honey (if using), and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl. Stir until smooth.
  2. Mash fresh berries in another bowl to release their juice.
  3. Layer yogurt mixture and mashed berries in popsicle molds, swirling together for a marbled effect.
  4. Insert sticks into molds and freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until solid.
  5. Run warm water over molds to release popsicles when ready. Enjoy!

Notes
