Description

A creamy, tangy ranch dressing made with Greek yogurt and buttermilk, perfect for salads, veggies, and more.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. Whisk the Greek yogurt and buttermilk until smooth and homogenous.
  2. Add the garlic powder, onion powder, dried dill, and dried parsley.
  3. Season with salt and black pepper. Stir well.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for 15–30 minutes to let flavors meld.
  6. Stir again before serving.

Notes

For more tang, let the ranch chill overnight. Consider adding fresh herbs just before serving.
