Description

A refreshing and guilt-free treat, these homemade popsicles are packed with nutrition and easy to customize for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups of fresh fruit (e.g., strawberries, mango, blueberries)
  • 1 cup of yogurt or coconut milk
  • 1-2 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice


Instructions

  1. Blend the fresh fruit, yogurt or coconut milk, honey or maple syrup, and lemon juice in a blender until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving some space at the top to allow for expansion.
  3. Insert sticks into the molds and freeze for at least 240-360 minutes, or until completely solid.
  4. Run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds, then gently pull out the popsicles.

Notes

Store popsicles in an airtight container or wrap individually in plastic wrap. They can be kept in the freezer for up to 2 months.
