Description
Juicy steak marinated in teriyaki sauce, skewered with vibrant vegetables and grilled to perfection. Perfect for summer gatherings or weeknight dinners.
Ingredients
- 1 lb steak (sirloin or flank)
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 onion, cut into chunks
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- Skewers (soaked in water if wooden)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for brushing
Instructions
- Cut the steak into 1-inch cubes and marinate in teriyaki sauce for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated steak and vegetables onto the skewers, alternating meat and veggies.
- Brush the skewers with olive oil, then season with salt and pepper.
- Grill the kabobs for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until the steak is cooked to your liking and vegetables are tender.
- Serve hot, and enjoy!
Notes
Try using chicken or tofu instead of steak, and feel free to swap out the vegetables based on what’s in season.
