Description

Juicy steak marinated in teriyaki sauce, skewered with vibrant vegetables and grilled to perfection. Perfect for summer gatherings or weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or flank)
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 onion, cut into chunks
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • Skewers (soaked in water if wooden)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for brushing

Instructions

  1. Cut the steak into 1-inch cubes and marinate in teriyaki sauce for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  3. Thread the marinated steak and vegetables onto the skewers, alternating meat and veggies.
  4. Brush the skewers with olive oil, then season with salt and pepper.
  5. Grill the kabobs for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until the steak is cooked to your liking and vegetables are tender.
  6. Serve hot, and enjoy!

Notes

Try using chicken or tofu instead of steak, and feel free to swap out the vegetables based on what’s in season.
