Description

A creamy and spicy buffalo chicken dip made with Greek yogurt, perfect for sneaking in more vegetables.


Ingredients

  • ¼ cup cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2½ cups shredded chicken breast
  • ¾ cup buffalo sauce
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 2 green onions, finely sliced


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, mix together cream cheese, Greek yogurt, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt until completely smooth.
  3. Fold in shredded chicken and half of the cheddar cheese.
  4. Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe dish and spread it into an even layer.
  5. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes until hot and bubbly.
  7. Switch to broil for 5 minutes until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
  8. Garnish with sliced green onions and serve with chips or vegetables.

Notes

Use rotisserie chicken for convenience and shredded cheese for creamy texture.
