Ingredients
- ¼ cup cream cheese, softened to room temperature
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2½ cups shredded chicken breast
- ¾ cup buffalo sauce
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 2 green onions, finely sliced
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- In a medium mixing bowl, mix together cream cheese, Greek yogurt, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt until completely smooth.
- Fold in shredded chicken and half of the cheddar cheese.
- Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe dish and spread it into an even layer.
- Top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 15 minutes until hot and bubbly.
- Switch to broil for 5 minutes until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and serve with chips or vegetables.
Notes
Use rotisserie chicken for convenience and shredded cheese for creamy texture.
