- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 large eggs

Instructions
- Mash the bananas with a fork until smooth.
- Whisk the eggs in a separate bowl.
- Combine the mashed bananas and eggs, then fold in the flour gently until just combined.
- Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour small amounts of the batter into the skillet.
- Cook until bubbles appear on the surface, then flip and cook until both sides are golden brown.
- Serve immediately with your favorite toppings.
Notes
For added sweetness, top pancakes with fresh fruit, honey, or maple syrup. Make sure to use very ripe bananas for the best flavor.
