A no-bake layered dessert featuring an Oreo cookie crust, creamy cheesecake filling, colorful pudding, and whipped topping, perfect for Halloween parties.
Ingredients
- 36 chocolate sandwich cookies
- 6 tbsp butter, melted
- 6 oz orange gelatin
- ⅓ cup boiling water
- 6.8 oz vanilla instant pudding
- 2 ½ cups cold milk
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 16 oz whipped topping
- Green and purple food coloring
- Halloween sprinkles
Instructions
- Prepare the crust – Crush the cookies in a food processor. Mix with melted butter and press into a greased 9×13-inch dish.
- Make the gelatin layer – Dissolve orange gelatin in boiling water and set aside.
- Mix the pudding – Whisk pudding mixes with cold milk, then blend in the gelatin mixture until smooth.
- Cream cheese layer – Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in 2 cups whipped topping. Add purple food coloring and spread over the crust.
- Add the pudding layer – Spread the orange pudding mixture evenly over the purple cheesecake layer.
- Top layer – Tint remaining whipped topping green and spread over the pudding layer.
- Finish & chill – Decorate with Halloween sprinkles. Chill at least 4 hours before serving.

Make ahead: This lush can be prepared a day in advance and stored covered in the fridge. Swap the flavors: Try chocolate pudding, lime gelatin, or pumpkin spice pudding for a twist. Crust alternatives: Graham crackers or gingersnap cookies work just as well as Oreos.
