Description

Spooky and healthy Halloween Ghost Fruit Kabobs are a fun mix of fruit and marshmallows, perfect for kids’ parties or after-school snacks.

Ingredients

  • 12 large marshmallows
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled
  • 1 cup melon, cut into cubes
  • 6 wooden skewers (12-inch)
  • Black food coloring marker (fine tip)

Instructions

  1. Use a black food coloring marker to draw ghost faces on each marshmallow. Let them dry for a few minutes before assembling.
  2. Wash and cut the fruit into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Thread one strawberry, one melon cube, and one ghost marshmallow onto each skewer. Repeat the pattern until the skewer is filled.
  4. Arrange kabobs on a platter and serve immediately.

Notes

Make friendlier ghost faces for toddlers and preschoolers. Switch up the fruit with grapes, pineapple, or kiwi to add variety. Prepare marshmallows with faces a day ahead to save time during party prep.
