Fun and spooky Jello shots that bring charm to your Halloween party with a creepy eyeball twist.
Ingredients
- 1 box strawberry jello (or raspberry for a twist)
- 1 cup red berry vodka (or plain vodka if preferred)
- 1 cup boiling water
- 9 candy eyeballs (or gummy eyeballs)
Instructions
- Dissolve the strawberry jello powder in 1 cup of boiling water. Stir until fully dissolved. Add 1 cup of red berry vodka and mix well.
- Pour the jello mixture into shot glasses or small plastic cups, filling them about 3/4 full.
- Refrigerate for about 2 hours, or until fully set.
- Just before serving, carefully top each shot with a candy eyeball.
Notes
Make them on a baking sheet to prevent spills. Add candy eyes just before serving to avoid softening. Don’t overdo the alcohol for proper setting.
