Description

Create a show-stopping Halloween Charcuterie Board that’s equal parts spooky, fun, and delicious. Packed with eerie meats, creepy cheeses, colorful fruits, and festive snacks, this easy grazing platter will be the centerpiece of your Halloween party.

Ingredients

  • Large black or dark wooden serving tray
  • Ceramic platter or distressed baking sheet
  • Coppa Italiana (dry-cured pork shoulder)
  • Chorizo Ibérico (Spanish cured sausage)
  • Spianata Piccante (spicy Italian salami)
  • Prosciutto or deli turkey
  • Blue Stilton
  • Mozzarella pearls
  • Cacio di Bosco or cheddar
  • Le Pico or goat cheese
  • Brie
  • Fresh figs, blackberries, blueberries
  • Dried apricots, trail mix, walnuts, pistachios
  • Raspberry preserves, pomegranate arils
  • Candy corn, caramel corn, pumpkin spice cookies
  • Water crackers, Bruschettini
  • Cheez-Its
  • Ghosts & Bats crispy potato snacks
  • Plastic spiders, fake skulls, skeleton hands (optional)
  • Candy eyeballs (optional)
  • Seasonal flowers (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cut the cheese: Slice cold brie using small Halloween-shaped cookie cutters (ghosts, bats, pumpkins).
  2. Arrange the base: Place cheeses and meats on your tray, leaving space for smaller items.
  3. Fill in the gaps: Add fruits, nuts, crackers, and candy to create a full, colorful layout.
  4. Add “bloody” touches: Spoon raspberry preserves and pomegranate arils over soft cheeses for a spooky effect.
  5. Decorate: Add candy eyeballs, fake spiders, and other Halloween accents.
  6. Serve: Enjoy immediately or cover tightly with plastic wrap for short transport.

Notes

Cut brie while cold for easier slicing. Combine different textures for a balanced experience. Aim for 3 oz cheese and 2 oz meat per guest.
