Ingredients
- 1 box brownie mix (18–19 oz)
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the brownie mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and all-purpose flour.
- Stir until a thick, scoopable dough forms, avoiding overmixing.
- If desired, fold in chocolate chips or any other mix-ins.
- Scoop the dough onto the baking sheet, spacing each ball about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes, until edges are set and centers are slightly soft.
- Let cool on the pan for 2–3 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
