Ingredients
- 1½ cups whole milk (or almond/oat milk)
- 1 (3.4 ounce) box vanilla pudding mix (instant)
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon liquid green food coloring
- 4 ounces Cool Whip, thawed
- 1 tablespoon heart sprinkles
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the milk and vanilla pudding mix for about 2 minutes until thickened. Let it set for 5 minutes.
- Add softened cream cheese and beat with a hand mixer on medium speed until smooth and lump-free (5-10 minutes).
- Pour in vanilla extract and green food coloring, mixing until evenly distributed.
- Gently fold in the Cool Whip with a spatula until combined.
- Transfer to your serving dish and top with heart sprinkles before serving. Chill for 15-20 minutes for best results.
