Ingredients

  • 2 large sweet potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 lime (juiced and zested)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh cilantro (for garnish)
  • Optional: pinch of cayenne pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Peel and slice the sweet potatoes into ½-inch thick rounds.
  3. Whisk together honey, lime juice, lime zest, olive oil, and salt in a small bowl.
  4. Place the sweet potato slices in a large bowl and pour the glaze over them. Toss to coat evenly.
