Ingredients
- 1 lb steak (sirloin or flank)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Vegetables for skewering (bell peppers, onions, zucchini)
Instructions
- Cut the steak into 1-inch cubes.
- Whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Add the steak cubes to the marinade and let them soak for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
