Ingredients
- 1 lb skirt steak
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Skewers (wooden or metal)
Instructions
- Whisk together the olive oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl.
- Place the skirt steak into the bowl, ensuring it is fully coated with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Once marinated, remove the steak from the fridge and thread it onto your skewers.
- Grill the skewers for about 3-5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness is achieved.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For wooden skewers, soak in water for about 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning. For juicier steak, allow it to come to room temperature before grilling.
