Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Once melted, add garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Toss the shrimp in a mixing bowl with half of the lemon parsley butter mixture until evenly coated.
- Place the shrimp on the grill and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn opaque and are cooked through.
- Remove from heat and drizzle with the remaining lemon parsley butter.
- Serve hot with lemon wedges on the side.
Notes
For a dairy-free version, substitute olive oil for the butter. Let shrimp marinate in the butter mixture for extra flavor.
