Description

A quick and flavorful dish featuring grilled shrimp tossed in lemon parsley butter, perfect for summer evenings.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Once melted, add garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  4. Toss the shrimp in a mixing bowl with half of the lemon parsley butter mixture until evenly coated.
  5. Place the shrimp on the grill and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn opaque and are cooked through.
  6. Remove from heat and drizzle with the remaining lemon parsley butter.
  7. Serve hot with lemon wedges on the side.

Notes

For a dairy-free version, substitute olive oil for the butter. Let shrimp marinate in the butter mixture for extra flavor.
