Ingredients

  • Shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • Avocado
  • Corn (fresh or frozen, thawed)
  • Lime (for juice)
  • Hot sauce (to taste)
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Cilantro
  • Red onion
  • Garlic


Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Toss the shrimp in a bowl with olive oil, salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
