Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound salmon fillets, cut into cubes
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 medium onion, cut into chunks
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Wooden skewers (soaked in water for 30 minutes if using)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Add the salmon cubes and vegetables to the bowl and toss to coat.
