Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, honey, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Place the salmon fillets in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over them.
  3. Seal the bag and marinate the fish in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Remove the salmon from the marinade and discard the marinade.
