A quick and healthy grilled salmon dish, packed with flavor and perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, honey, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Place the salmon fillets in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over them.
- Seal the bag and marinate the fish in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the salmon from the marinade and discard the marinade.
- Grill the salmon fillets for about 5-6 minutes on each side or until cooked through and golden brown.
- Serve the grilled salmon hot.
Notes
For a twist, try using maple syrup instead of honey. Pair with a salad or vegetables for a complete meal.
