Ingredients

  • Pound cake: Store-bought or homemade
  • Peaches: Fresh and ripe
  • Butter: For brushing on the pound cake
  • Honey: To sweeten the peaches

  • Cinnamon: A sprinkle for warmth
  • Caramel sauce: For drizzling


Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  2. Brush slices of pound cake with melted butter on both sides.
  3. Halve the peaches and drizzle honey over the cut sides.
  4. Place the pound cake and peach halves on the grill. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden with grill marks.
  5. Serve the grilled pound cake topped with warm peaches, a scoop of ice cream, and drizzle with honey-cinnamon caramel sauce.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Pound cake can also be frozen for up to 2 months.
