Ingredients
- 4 large portobello mushrooms
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Clean the portobello mushrooms using a damp cloth and gently remove the stems.
- Whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Place the mushrooms in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are well coated. Allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the mushrooms for 5-7 minutes on each side until tender with grill marks.
- Remove from the grill and garnish with fresh parsley before serving. Enjoy!
