Ingredients
- 1 fresh pineapple
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium heat.
- Cut the pineapple into rings or wedges, depending on your preference.
- In a small bowl, combine the honey, lime juice, and cinnamon. Mix well.
- Brush the pineapple pieces generously with the honey mixture.
- Place the pineapple on the grill and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until grill marks appear and the fruit is slightly caramelized.
