Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Cut the lobster tails in half lengthwise using a sharp knife.
- Combine melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Brush the cut side of the lobster tails with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Place the lobster tails on the grill, cut side down, and grill for 5-7 minutes.
- Flip the tails over and brush generously with the lemon garlic butter.
- Grill for another 5-7 minutes until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.
- Serve hot, with extra lemon garlic butter on the side for dipping.
