Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes (adjust to taste)
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Make the Marinade: In a small bowl, combine the lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, olive oil, chili flakes, salt, and pepper.
  2. Marinate the Shrimp: Place the shrimp in a bowl or resealable bag, pour the marinade over them, and ensure they’re coated. Refrigerate for at least 10 minutes.
  3. Preheat the Grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat for about 10 minutes.
