Description
Delicious grilled corn slathered in butter, topped with Parmesan cheese and fresh chives, perfect for summer barbecues.
Ingredients
- 4 ears of corn, husked
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the husked corn on a baking sheet.
- Brush each ear of corn generously with melted butter.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the corn.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally, until the corn is tender and golden.
- Remove from the oven, sprinkle with chopped chives, and serve hot.
Notes
For a dairy-free version, use vegan butter and nutritional yeast.
