Description

Delicious grilled corn slathered in butter, topped with Parmesan cheese and fresh chives, perfect for summer barbecues.


Ingredients

  • 4 ears of corn, husked
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the husked corn on a baking sheet.
  3. Brush each ear of corn generously with melted butter.
  4. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the corn.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally, until the corn is tender and golden.
  7. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with chopped chives, and serve hot.

Notes
