Ingredients
- 2 grilled chicken breasts, sliced
- 1 large tortilla or wrap
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1/2 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup chipotle mayo
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Grill the chicken breasts until they’re cooked through. Allow them to rest before slicing.
- Prepare the wrap by layering shredded lettuce, sliced bell peppers, and red onion on the tortilla.
