Description

A delightful fusion of grilled chicken, fresh veggies, and zesty mayo in a convenient wrap, perfect for quick weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

  • 2 grilled chicken breasts, sliced
  • 1 large tortilla or wrap
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1/2 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup chipotle mayo
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Grill the chicken breasts until they’re cooked through. Allow them to rest before slicing.
  2. Prepare the wrap by layering shredded lettuce, sliced bell peppers, and red onion on the tortilla.
  3. Add the sliced grilled chicken on top of the veggies.
  4. Spread chipotle mayo generously over everything.
  5. Season with salt and pepper according to your taste.
  6. Roll the tortilla tightly, folding in the sides as you go.
  7. Serve by slicing the wrap in half or wrapping it in foil for a grab-and-go option.

Notes

For a milder flavor, swap out chipotle mayo for plain mayo or yogurt. Pair with sweet potato fries or fresh fruit for a complete meal.
