Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken wings (drumettes and flats)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons hot sauce
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey


Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Clean and oil the grates so the wings release easily.
  2. Season the wings. In a large bowl, toss chicken wings with olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Grill until crisp and cooked through. Place wings on the grill and cook for 20–25 minutes, flipping every 5–7 minutes for even browning.
  4. Make the spicy creamy sauce. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, hot sauce, garlic powder, lemon juice, and honey until smooth.
  5. Serve. Plate the wings hot and serve the sauce on the side for dipping.
