Description

Delicious and budget-friendly grilled chicken kabobs, perfect for summer barbecues and weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken breast, cubed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Assorted vegetables for skewering (bell peppers, onions, zucchini, etc.)
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Mix in a large bowl, cubed chicken, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until the chicken is well coated.
  3. Thread the marinated chicken and your choice of vegetables onto skewers, alternating them for a colorful presentation.
  4. Place the kabobs on the grill and cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until the chicken is cooked through and shows nice grill marks.
  5. Remove from the grill, serve piping hot, and enjoy!

Notes

For wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning on the grill.
