Ingredients
- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 8 slices of ham
- 8 slices of Swiss cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup Dijon mustard (divided)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Vegetables for grilling (zucchini, bell peppers, asparagus, or red onion)
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high.
- Stuff the chicken with ham and Swiss, securing with toothpicks.
- Coat with Dijon and breadcrumbs.
- Grill carefully until cooked through, about 6–7 minutes per side.
- Whisk together Dijon vinaigrette while the chicken rests.
- Grill vegetables alongside and serve drizzled with vinaigrette.
Notes
