Description

A perfectly grilled chicken breast marinated with lemon and garlic, ensuring juicy tenderness and classic flavor.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano in a medium bowl to make the marinade.
  2. Marinate the chicken by placing it in a resealable plastic bag, pouring the marinade over, sealing, and refrigerating for at least 30 minutes and up to 2 hours.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high, cleaning and oiling the grates.
  4. Remove the chicken from the marinade, letting excess drip off and discarding the marinade.
  5. Grill the chicken on the hot grill for 6–7 minutes on the first side, then flip and grill for another 6–7 minutes.
  6. Cook until the thickest part of the chicken reaches 165°F (75°C) using an instant-read thermometer.
  7. Rest the chicken on a plate for 3–5 minutes before serving or slicing.

Notes

Ensure even thickness for consistent cooking and remember to let the chicken rest after grilling.
