Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Coat the chicken breasts with olive oil, then season generously with salt and pepper.
- Place the chicken on the grill, cooking for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- In a mixing bowl, combine parsley, cilantro, garlic, red pepper flakes, red wine vinegar, and olive oil to create the chimichurri sauce.
- Once the chicken is grilled, remove it from the heat and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- Serve the grilled chicken breasts generously topped with the chimichurri sauce.
Notes
