Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup fresh mozzarella balls, halved
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for grilling
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium heat.
- Slice the avocados in half; carefully remove the pit.
- Brush the flesh of the avocados with olive oil, then season with salt and pepper.
- Place the avocados cut side down on the grill and cook for about 2-3 minutes until grill marks appear.
- Combine the cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, and balsamic glaze in a mixing bowl. Toss gently to combine.
- Remove the avocados from the grill and fill each half with the tomato and mozzarella mixture.
- Drizzle with extra balsamic glaze before serving, if desired.
