Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup fresh mozzarella balls, halved
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for grilling


Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  2. Slice the avocados in half; carefully remove the pit.
  3. Brush the flesh of the avocados with olive oil, then season with salt and pepper.
  4. Place the avocados cut side down on the grill and cook for about 2-3 minutes until grill marks appear.
  5. Combine the cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, and balsamic glaze in a mixing bowl. Toss gently to combine.
