Description

Deliciously smoky grilled Brussels sprouts transformed from a hate to a love for the whole family.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • Optional: balsamic vinegar or lemon juice


Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and remove any yellow leaves.
  3. Toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper until they are well coated.
  4. Place the Brussels sprouts on the grill, cut side down, and grill for 5-7 minutes, until nicely charred.
  5. Flip the Brussels sprouts and grill for an additional 5-7 minutes until tender.
  6. Remove them from the grill and drizzle with balsamic vinegar or lemon juice if desired.
  7. Serve warm as a delightful side to your grilled meats.

Notes

Make sure the grill is hot enough before adding the Brussels sprouts to achieve that perfect char. Keep an eye on them while grilling.
