Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 8 slices of bacon
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (clean and oil the grates).
- Season the chicken breasts on all sides with salt and pepper.
- Wrap each chicken breast with two slices of bacon, overlapping slightly.
- Secure with toothpicks if needed.
- Grill the chicken over direct heat for 6–8 minutes per side until the bacon is browned.
- Brush with BBQ sauce during the last few minutes of cooking.
- Check doneness at 165°F, then remove from the grill.
- Rest for 3–5 minutes before slicing and serving.
